Services include Inventory, Check in, Check Out, Interim and Vacant Property inspections.

Saffron Key holding/ Empty Home Management  

Whether you need a spare  key held for contractor visits or whilst a property is being sold or vacant for any reason - we can carry our regular checks to satisfy insurance and provide you with bespoke reports.

Assistance with sourcing and arranging contractors.

This service can include regular top hoover, dust and floor mop service as part of the regular checks to keep the property presented to a high standard

Saffron Viewing Service

From June 2023 we are offering buyer, vendor and agent services for accompanied and non accompanied  video viewings for properties.  We can either hold the keys for you or collect from agents as required.  

For buyers who would like to view a property but unable to travel we offer a video viewing service and can also provide a whatsapp viewing service although this is subject to  local area phone reception quality

Saffron Buyers Agent

New for 2023 we offer a bespoke buyers agent service. Predominately aimed at buyers who are out of area. Looking to source properties specific to your requirements and conduct an initial view on shortlisted properties subject to your requirements.  Feedback on property viewings will include but not exclusively area info, travel access, schools and facilities.
