Additional Fees & Payment Terms
Prices include electronic report with expandable colour photos and electronic signatures emailed to all parties.
Paper copies with colour photos charged at £5 per bound copy excluding delivery charges
Will be charged for properties over 15 miles from the instructing agents office at £45/mile. Congestion charges will be applied where applicable.
£5 parking fee will be incurred where local parking charges exceed £5.00 for a 2-hour period
· Appointments cancelled within 36 hours but not less than 2hrs of the appointment will be subject to 25% cancellation fee, this will not be incurred if the appointment is rearranged and completed by Saffron Inventories within a 5day period.
· Appointments cancelled within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged at the full rate.
· Further cancellations at the same property will be charged regardless of any further rearrangement and in addition to the item cost.
The introductory rates for 2018 are applicable for the first 12 weeks of service to any new client. The 12 weeks commence from the date of first instruction to carry out one of the listed services. VAT will not be applicable at this time.
Extension of Introductory Rates
The rates can be extended for a further 12 weeks where Clients have instructed services totalling minimum of £450 (ex. VAT and additional fees) for each 4-week period during the initial introductory 12-week period.
Following the introductory period (or extended period), the rates will revert automatically to the full rates as shown on the 2018 Rate document available to view www.saffroninventories.co.uk
Payment is due in full within 21 days of invoicing by BACs payment. Please see invoice for details.
Accounts can be set up for Landlords with multiple properties and Letting Agents on request.
Interest will be charged at 3% above Barclays Interest rate applied daily
